RECORD STORE DAY

So Record Store Day is coming up this weekend and honestly there really isn't much coming out this April 21st thats worth getting excited over. Unless you're really into Dale Ernhart Homo Homo. Then you and everyone who has a free credit score dot com account can go pick up there worthless vinyl, maybe it will come with a free credit estimate form you can fill out. In the spirit of Record Store Day I'm really trying to get this blog/Pseudo website back into full swing. With that, I changed up the format and tried to make it look nicer, cleaner, and sexier. And if you're like me and you're not super excited about this years Record Store Day then why don't you come check out three shows worth seeing this weekend in Metro Detroit. Fuck Record Store DAY and make it Record Store WEEKEND and go see:

SATURDAY APRIL 21 - NINE YEARS AWAY/Marylins BathDance/ RambleWood/ and More!!!
-The Bullfrog Bar and Grill in Redford-  5$ show starts at 9:00PM

SUNDAY APRIL 22 - FLOUR
- The Token Lounge in Westland - 10$ show starts at 7:00PM

MONDAY APRIL 23 - THE TENS/Vinny Vegas/Lex/The Bobby Electric
- The Vernors Room in Pontiac - 7$ show starts at 7:00PM

GO SEE ALL OF THESE SHOWS! Its cheaper to go see all three of these shows then it will be to buy a single record fresh off the shelf this saturday. Plus The Tens will be out at all the shows and we'll hangout with you or kick your ass. Its Really up to you. I wouldn't miss seeing Flour, Nine Years Away, or Marylins BathDance. All three bands are way better then anything you hear on the radio or see on TV. Get off your assbook and go to these shows and if you wanna come see The Tens I guess thats cool too. Theres a lot more news and events to come, but for now get your shit together and go to the shows and visit the site frequently. I'll be trying to get something up everyday this week and continue as long as my idiot self allows.

In conclusion I don't want to completely talk down this years Record Store Day because no matter what its gunna be cool. Unreleased Joey Ramone songs are coming out and Iggy pop and the Clash both have rereleases. Expect new releases from Wilco and Social Distortion to be epic and interesting and on a local Level Check out Detroit's own The High Strung and there Record release "Posible O Imposible"
